By using Lapiip Solutions's services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Use of Service

You may use the service only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You are responsible for activity on your account and for obtaining necessary consents to process contact data.

3. Account & Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription. You are responsible for payment and for maintaining accurate billing information. Refund and cancellation policies will be provided at purchase.

4. Data & Integrations

When you integrate a third-party CRM, you grant us permission to access and process that data to provide features. Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

We own the service and the associated intellectual property. You retain ownership of your content and data.

6. Limitations & Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lapiip Solutions is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. You can terminate by closing your account and requesting data deletion.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction (specified at signup or in customer agreement).
